Terms of Service

Welcome to Smart Visual Counter ("the App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by all terms herein.
1. The Service
The App is an AI-powered visual counting tool that counts specified objects in images.
2. Account
- An anonymous account is automatically created on first launch. All counting credits and subscription status are bound to this account.
- You may upgrade your anonymous account to a permanent account via Sign in with Apple.
- You must not transfer, sell, or otherwise provide your account to others.
3. Payment and Refunds
3.1 Billing Model
The App offers:
- 24-hour Unlimited Pass (one-time consumable)
- Credit Packs (one-time consumable; 1 credit deducted per count)
- Monthly / Yearly Subscription (auto-renewing)
3.2 Payment
All payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Exact prices are shown on the App Store.
3.3 Subscription Auto-Renewal
- The subscription auto-renews 24 hours before expiry
- Renewal is charged by Apple via your linked payment method
- To cancel, go to iPhone "Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions"
- Deleting your App account does not automatically cancel subscriptions; subscription status is managed independently by Apple. To cancel, please also operate in Apple ID settings.
3.4 Refunds
All refunds are handled by Apple. Please submit refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or rights-infringing purpose
- Upload images containing violent, pornographic, or otherwise prohibited content
- Use automated scripts, exploits, or emulators to obtain unfair benefits (e.g. repeatedly farming bonus credits)
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass subscription and payment mechanisms
- Interfere with the App's normal operation
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close accounts that violate the above.
5. Intellectual Property
- The App's code, visual elements, brand name, etc. are owned by OpenClawFarm
- You retain copyright in images you upload; the App only uses them to provide service to you
6. Disclaimer
- AI counting results may contain errors and are for reference only; they do not constitute professional advice
- The App is provided "as is" with no guarantee of zero downtime or absolute accuracy
7. Service Changes and Termination
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the service at any time
- You may terminate use at any time via "Account → Delete Account" in the App; all data will be permanently deleted
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, in the competent People's Court at the operator's location.
